Common Allergens

Did you know that 1 in almost 3 people suffer from allergies? Common allergens can be anything from foods to pollen.

Through my experience, osteoarthritis and diet are related, and having a healthy and alkalising diet has helped my health. You may also be allergic to some foods which could also contribute to osteoarthritis. See below the most common allergens that can contribute to osteoarthritis :

  • Alcohol
  • Beef
  • Chocolate
  • Coffee
  • Corn
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Pork
  • Potatoes and other nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, aubergine and tobacco)
  • Refined sugar
  • Soya
  • Tea
  • Tobacco
  • Wheat
  • Yeast

This list of common allergens is meant to be indicative, not exhaustive.

As mentioned, down to my own research and experience, osteoarthritis and diet seem to be connected. Read about how I overcame osteoarthritis with 3 main changes: Diet, PEMF Therapy and Exercise.

If you find that there's anything that we've missed on this list that aggravates your osteoarthritis, please do share it on my forum!  You can also join in on conversations about osteoarthritis and diet, ask questions  about exercises and more.

Please do contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss PEMF eMats for osteoarthritis.
